Helping seven brands to align and join under a fresh new unified brand.

The challenge:
Seven brands merged into one

Never change a winning Brand? A group of seven independent and successfully established companies did just that and commissioned us to develop a new unified brand and corporate website. Particular attention had to be paid to the individual expertise of the various company components, which could not afford to lose their visibility within the larger corporate group. We needed to inspire confidence with existing customers and employees in the new brand approach.

The approach:
Super duper close collaboration

In close cooperation with the individual marketing departments and the respective management stakeholders, brand workshops and design research methods were used to develop a common brand core. This was the basis for the development of the corporate identity and website.

The solution:
A strong, unified brand

The name “valantic” as well as the slogan “Elements of the digital now” stand for a modern and strong brand, which unites all the companies under its banner. The website brands valantic as a “thought leader” and  as a rich source of information for its different target groups. The successful launch of the new brand and website was accompanied by events for the employees at all locations as well as mailing and video campaigns for customers.

New brand identity

The graphic elements represent the synergy between the different organizations converging under valantic. They are a visual metaphore of the expanding digitization process we want to lead of, and embody the growing relationships with partners and customers.

Getting out of the frame

Some brands are born to go big. And then you need to make sure that the brand system is able to adapt to all kind of formats and materials. And sometimes you need to make use of all the space you can get.

Since Valantic has to cover a wide range of industries we also had to work a lot on highly flexible systems for visualizations, illustrations and a consistent use of images. Wether in presentations or websites – sticking to a consistent and strong brand system while still keeping a high level of flexibility was key to the project.

Website Relaunch *7

If you think about a typical service provider website you immediately turn to complex multi-dimensional problems like all the discussions about products, industries, services etc. I think I speak for everyone here with a few years of experience: Those discussions are always highly sensitive and complicated. Now take this typical level of complexity and multiply it by seven. This is roughly the riddle we had to solve.

Modular Design

All valantic UI elements are part of a modular design system. Every part can customized, upgraded, repaired and reused independetly. This approach makes it really easy for valantic to work with their new website internally.
